Fisheye Lens Camera

Enter the worlds first Fisheye camera...

Ahem..

You might be asking yourself what is a fisheye lens. Well let me explain. Its basically a lens which can see everything within a 170-degree view, so if you were to put the camera up to your mates nose, it would see his nose (perfectly focused) and then 170-degrees around him as well (also perfectly focused)

Unfortunately this is not a digital camera, so you'd have to be all old-fashioned again and go down to your local photo development shop to get the pics developed. Once done however, the photos produce a brilliant round effect with everything in sight, which surprisingly is all in focus thanks to its massive depth of field.

Fisheye Lens Camera : Fish eye! Fisheye Lens Camera : Nice chappy
As said, this camera isn't digital which we're a bit disappointed about (let's face it, if it was then this would be seriously cool), but that said this camera takes normal films so there's no worry about getting special-high-priced films.

At a snip at just under £40 you can't go wrong if you want to take pictures like this, its much cheaper than getting a lens for your SLR!

Waterproof Night Vision Scope

If you have ever played any of the brilliant Splinter Cell series of games, chances are that a night vision device has found it's way on to your Christmas list. Afterall, how else are you meant to take out those enemy guards whilst creeping around a darkened warehouse? What set's the Bushnell Seagull night vision scope apart from similar devices is that fact that it is also water proof and floats making it the perfect choice for those water-based missions (as well as more mundane activities like sailing and fishing). As well as amplifiying even minimal amounts of light, such as moonlight, the Seagull night vision scope includes an integral infra red lamp. This means that, unlike inferior scopes, it can operate in total darkness as well. Related Links Spy Gadgets

SanDisk Sansa Fuze Review

The Sansa Fuze from SanDisk, is a cool little MP3/4 player along the same vein as the iPod Nano. We’ve recently been sent one to play with so here are our thoughts and findings (or a review so to speak). Aesthetically the Fuze is a cute little player. The physical UI consists of a rotating front dial which also acts as the 4 navigation buttons with the center button for selection. The display crisp with a resolution of 220 x 176, large enough for watching the odd music video but you wouldn’t want to watch a feature length film on it. Sound quality was good (though as with just about any MP3 player the supplied headphones aren’t the greatest). What most impressed me about the Fuze are the extra features that you don’t find on other (note iPod) players, including: Built in microphone FM radio microSD Slot, a really cheap way to expand the capacity Easy to transfer files (drag and drop) without the need of propriety software Though there are a few downsides: Propriety USB connectio...
