On the recent CES 2009 event in Las Vegas, MSI proudly presented one of its first line-up of WiMax-ready
mini laptop, the
U120 netbook. WiMax technology offers up to 70Mbps transfer rate (six times than standard 802.11 WiFI) and covers about 50KM square (500 times than WiFI). This guarantee a blazing fast download speed on the go wherever WiMax signal detected. Pretty cool, isn’t it? The company also promises that more WiMax-capable
notebooks will be released later this year, so if you prefer to own a standard
laptop than a netbook, just wait for a couple of months.
